The good-hearted sister (Tanya Allen) of an imprisoned drug dealer embarks on a journey cross-country in a souped-up vintage car with her boyfriend (Breckin Meyer) to save his lively companion (Jake Busey) and his girlfriend bomb partner (Denise Richards), his flesh and blood. But along the way, the two lovers quarrel and compete - and almost lead their respective reports to the ground.
